The worry tree can be your place to keep all your worries and troubles. When you come back to your tree, they may or may not be there; and if they aren’t there, then there really wasn’t anything to worry about after all.
This is an ongoing process of learning and fulfillment. The tree can help us mentally eliminate some of those daily worries.
